CONTEXT

Santa Clara Flavours was looking for new sales opportunities and new ways to surprise customers without increasing portfolio complexity or introducing new products to the market.

As a brand recognised for the quality of its artisanal products and its strong gifting appeal, there was a clear opportunity to create new purchasing experiences from its existing product range.

The challenge was simple: how do you create commercial novelty without developing new recipes, production processes or product references?

The objective was to increase the perceived value of the brand’s offer by creating solutions tailored to gifting moments and special occasions, while maintaining operational simplicity and portfolio coherence.

THE APPROACH

The solution began by looking at the existing product range through a different lens.

This led to the creation of the Santa Clara Trilogy Collection..

Rather than developing new products, we created a new way to present them. The concept brought together three products from the same category within a single packaging system, designed to function as a complete gifting experience.

The system was applied across three distinct product ranges:

  • Jam Trilogy
  • Liqueur Trilogy
  • Syrup Trilogy

To ensure consistency and recognition, a unified packaging system was developed for all trilogy collections. Each pack shares the same structure and format, differentiated through a bespoke sleeve designed for each product category.

The result was the creation of a new family within the brand’s portfolio, with its own identity and strong shelf recognition.

RESULT

The project enhanced the value of the existing product range by creating a new commercial category, opening up new purchasing opportunities linked to gifting and product discovery.

More than a packaging project, this was a strategic portfolio decision.
A solution that transformed an existing product range into a new market proposition. Turning complexity into clear decisions.
