Alliance Healthcare sought to bring greater consistency to its digital presence, within a communication ecosystem spread across multiple channels, business areas and content formats.
With active social media and digital newsletters targeting both internal communication and the pharmaceutical sector, it became essential to establish a more solid foundation — one capable of unifying brand expression while making communication clearer, more structured and ready to evolve over time.
This project emerged from that need: to build a more coherent, functional and scalable digital language for Alliance Healthcare.
Alliance Healthcare needed to strengthen the consistency of its digital communication, creating stronger alignment across channels, formats and contexts.
The challenge was not just about creating new assets, but about developing a system capable of organising communication, defining clear digital principles and ensuring a visual language that is consistent, flexible and applicable across the brand’s multiple touchpoints.

From this assessment, a new visual approach for Alliance Healthcare’s digital ecosystem was developed, based on the creation of newsletter templates for different business areas, structured visual directions for social media content, and a design system with visual and editorial rules to ensure greater consistency across channels and formats.
The resulting language was designed to balance clarity, consistency and flexibility, establishing a solid foundation for communication that is more unified, recognisable and easy to apply on a day-to-day basis.
The result was a more structured and coherent digital presence, better equipped to support Alliance Healthcare’s communication with greater consistency over time.
The new approach enabled a more unified brand expression across social media and newsletters, improved the articulation between different types of content, and established a clearer foundation to support ongoing content production.
